Double Cone blenders provide an efficient but gentle blending action. They are usually designed as fixed shell blenders (where the Double Cone is permanently attached to the support plinths).We can build single plinth Double Cone Blender for machines up to 1000 litres.The Double Cone Blender shown opposite has a twin plinth design. The right plinth houses the drive motor and electrical cabinet. The narrower left plinth merely provides support.solids mixtures are possible in any percentage, as well as different densities and particle size distributions, for intermediate products or fine chemicals, end products and delicate, thermolabile more or less fine products, degradable, photosensitive or sterile products, injectable active substances or chemical reactives, designed specifically to be used with the range of crystalline structures and amorphous products.
