DOUBLE CONE BLENDER

The double cone blender is used to produce homogeneous solid-solid mixture. Mixing is a common process step in the manufacture of products for industries such as food, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, chemical, detergents, fertilizers and plastics.Its working principle is actually quite simple. Particles to be blended are fed into the blender manually or using vacuum suction. The blending vessel needs to be filled with two-thirds of its total volume. The particles are intermixed as the double cone performs a 360-degree rotation.
